Our flexible approach allows us to provide our clients with tailor made office solutions. Our offices are tastefully furnished and come in standard, medium and large. From a one man office to an eight man office, these are available for a minimum of three months. In each office you will find executive desks, swivel chairs, visitor's chairs, and telephone and internet access.

Our professional administrative staff are on hand to provide you with any business support services you may require. Simply put, Chase Executive services will allow you to concentrate on your core business while we run your back office for you.

Listed Below are the many benefits of our full time office plan:

Various sizes of fully furnished executive office suites that can seat from one person to six persons. Offices come furnished with executive desks, swivel chairs, two executive visitor chairs, a bookshelf, a computer point and a telephone point.

Access to fully furnished meeting, conference and training rooms that sit from 4-24 people. As a full-time office client, your company will be entitled to 10 hours of free meeting room use per month.

A dedicated phone line or lines assigned to your company and answered by the Client Service Executive in the name of your company- phone bills will be forwarded to you monthly.

Professional administrative support staff are always available to help you with your fax, photocopying, mails, binding, and other business support services.

Fully equipped self-serve coffee lounge.

Complimentary Tea, Coffee, Water in a self-serve coffee lounge. Our Administrative staff will take care of your lunch orders.

Handling of your hotel and car rental reservations.

Handling of your newspaper/magazine subscriptions.

Handling of all your incoming and outgoing mails- outgoing mails will be billed to your account.
