1. What exactly are Serviced Offices?

The offices are ready for instant use and are fully furnished. You simply walk in with your laptop and files and can get started once you've satisfied all the requirements. Under the Serviced Office Plan you can sign on for a minimum of 6 months.

2. What is a Virtual Office?
Answer: A virtual office can offer all of the benefits of a traditional serviced office, without the need to physically occupy any office space. Clients typically get a dedicated telephone number with personalized telephone answering service in the name of your company, and our business address. As a Virtual Office client you have the option to book to use meeting/conference rooms, Hot desk rooms and work space by the hour, day or week whenever you need any of these. Under the Virtual Office plan you can sign on for 6 months or one year and this is renewable.

Answer: Due to all the services and facilities that are included, Chase Executive Services services are very competitively priced. The average company would be saving on legal, real estate, and administrative costs. This concept charges you "On A Pay As You Use" basis.

4. Can the telephone be answered in my name whether I am in or out of the office?
Answer: Yes, the fully trained Client Service Executive provides professional telephone answering services from 8.00am to 5.00pm. Messages can be taken or calls passed on to your voice mail depending on your instructions.

5. I need an office in Nigeria but also need prominent addresses in other parts of the world; can Chase Executive Services be of help?
Answer: Yes, being a member of ALLIANCE Business Centers NETWORK (ABCN) with over 400 locations worldwide, we can provide you with reciprocal use arrangements at any of ABCN's locations world-wide.

6. What can I do if I need an office just for the day or even a couple of hours?
Answer: Whether it's a small room for an interview, or a larger one for a special presentation, you can book the facilities you need for the time you need them - on an hourly, half a day or full day basis as long as you are a registered Serviced office or Virtual office client.

7. Do I need to supply my own office equipment?
Answer: No. Both Chase Executive Services locations come equipped with everything you need. We have contemporary office furniture, high-speed Internet connectivity, professionally staffed reception areas, and self-serve coffee lounges and kitchen areas. When you rent office space the traditional way, you have the responsibility of furnishing the entire office at your own expense which can take months. By using Chase Executive Services, you can get started immediately.

8. Do you have staffing available at (CEBS)?
Answer: At Chase Executive Services our Professional Administrative Support Staff are always available to handle your day-to-day administrative needs on an as-needed basis whether it is photocopying, sending faxes, binding, typing or taking minutes of a meeting (charged on an hourly basis). Unlike traditional leasing there is no need to hire an outside administrative staff to service your office.
